Christian School’s Worker, .8 (4 days per week)

For The Marsh Academy

New Romney, Kent TN28 8BB


£19,000 - £21,000 (full time equivalent)

(pro rata term time only)


An opportunity to take part in the expansion of a dynamic project that has been running for over 4 years.

A project arising from the ecumenical collaboration of the churches in the Tenterden and Romney Deanery area, with close support from the schools involved.


Our vision for your role:

1)      To work within The Marsh Academy, supporting and developing the ethos and general spiritual life of the community there.

2)      To meet young people where they are, seeking to accompany them on their spiritual


3)      To support the school in enabling every young person to reach their full potential, by exploring their own spirituality primarily through the Christian faith.


The Marsh Academy is one of Kent’s most improved schools with a role of over 800.  An inclusive school with a strong reputation in educational innovation and valuing every child.  Qualifications for this post are desirable, experience essential.  This post has funding for at least three years and an active commitment to support this project and school in prayer


This is advertised as a .8 post.
