Too stressed to sleep?

‘A racing mind is the main cause for sleeplessness.  Eighty-two percent of respondents in the 2012 sleep survey cited their top persistent thought as “what happened today and what have I got on tomorrow.”  So write your to do list for the next day an hour before bed, if more things keep popping into your head keep noting them down until you are empty.  This will reassure your sub-conscious mind that everything is taken care of so that you can let go, relax, switch off and sleep soundly.’
