Head Teachers fear for jobs over GCSE results.

Major changes to this year’s GCSEs have left headteachers in fear of losing their jobs, school leaders have warned. Young people this week will pick up their GCSE results for the first time under a new numerical grading system. Pupils will be handed a grade 1 to 9 in new English literature, language and maths GCSEs, while they will receive grades A* to G for the remainder of their exam results.
