My conversations with members often include problems with feedback, which can range from a few casual comments in the corridor where students are within earshot, to a lengthy, uncomfortable eyeballing forensic style negative analysis. It’s not easy to get it right, but here is a helpful document from Mind Tools setting out the basis principles of effective feedback.
