Conference 2015
Mentoring Support and Encouragement in Education

International Conference for Christian Educators
Ascension Weekend,
May 14 – 17
Proem Christian Ministries Center Inowlódz Poland

"Each one should use whatever gift he
has received to serve others " 1Peter 4;1

The European Educators’ Christian Association is an international organisation for Christians
in the field of education, both public and private. Its goal is to create a network of Christians
all over Europe in order to promote God’s kingdom in education.
EurECA conferences are held annually. EurECA is a member organisation of the European Evangelical Alliance (EEA).

Conference 2015
Mentoring is based on a relational view of pedagogy. It requires that educators as mentors
be in touch with the learner and with themselves. Through presentations, reflection
and small group discussions, the conference aims to increase your awareness of the process
and of your own prerequisites for mentoring and being mentored. This can be applied to
staff, student teachers and pupils.

Christian teachers, representatives of Christian educational organisations, and anyone interested
in the conference topic.

Plenary sessions and workshops will be in English. If needed, we will offer translation into
French and German. If you need translation in another language, we advise you to come with
a friend who can serve as translator.

The conference will be held at the Proem Christian Ministries Center, which is attractively
situated in a forest on the banks of the river Pilica.
